Power

  • 120 Volt or 240 Volt operation.

Input

  • 4 wire differential Voltage or 3 wire single ended Voltage.  (connection provides 10vdc to sensor)

  • Can be adapted for a 2 wire sensor and a voltage of 5vdc.

Output

  • Analog output signal that is proportional to target position with automatic polarity selection.

  • Digital Proximity Switched output.

  • Power switch and fuse arrangement plug on rear panel.

The Signal Conditioner is operated from 120 Volt or 240 Volt, 50 or 60 cycle AC power. The unit contains operator controls that are simple and require no tools for adjustments. All adjustments are made in small discrete steps. Adjustments are protected against inadvertent changes or changes by shock or vibration.

The input jack is a standard 5-pin DIN connector. Through this connection, power is provided to the sensor and sensor outputs are routed to the signal conditioner.

The analog signal from the sensor is automatically converted to a positive going signal polarity regardless of the orientation of the magnet. The signal is amplified and provided on a rear panel BNC connector. An adjustable digital signal is derived from the analog signal and provided on a rear panel BNC connector.
